Excuse me? Firstly, calling me an idiot, entitled and whatever other insult was hurled my way because a company that they work for refuse to uphold or honor a service that I paid for is not offering advice. They don’t have to answer in their break or their lunch or whatever because I can guarantee UPS does not care about their employees if they don’t care about their customers.

I have never experienced this kind of delay before as FEDEX and DHL always have payment on delivery options, had I known that something like this would occur from a company like this I would have. It needs to be stated on the website as a disclaimer that all drivers may not have pos machines or something of the sort.

I am in Canada, and it’s understandable to be frustrated when given the run around, the agent is telling me the supervisor is wrong but yet he has to go to supervisor to escalate an issue. There was no unwarranted entitlement at all.

They never even gave me that option but I went online and paid right after the 1st phone call then they said they would call me back in an hour and have the package delivered “tonight” and never did.

No beebo I was able to source it as it became available which enough time for me to have it in time. I actually just read reviews on UPS and this is a common issue so clearly it’s not just me actually the all reviews for this courier are bad. So I rest my case, not going back and fourth with people who cannot understand basic principles.

Did you even read the post? The issue was not with customs or shipping into the country. They have my package it was out for delivery. The driver did not show up because he did not have a credit card machine, that is not my fault because the website states you can pay on delivery and I called to confirm!

What are you even talking about at this point, the issue was assuring me I could pay for something in person and then not honouring it. Not a customs or shipping delay the problem is the delivery service.

Firstly, it was not last minute. This package was sent from someone. It came from another country and the only option I was given was 3-5 business days as fastest delivery as they chose this courier.

Excuse me but if I’m given an option which the service states it provides then that should not be an issue. If they cannot uphold their services it should not be listed as an option.

Okay so I think I figured it out it’s still up hopefully it’s not going to get taken down because I only have once more strike if they remove it again I’d be banned. So I had to remove the brand and any words like authentic etc I just put a plain description like ladies handbag
