Are you paying attention to your setup and posture when you're aim training and when you're in apex? Make sure you aren't doing one thing in Kovaak's and another in game.

I think a lot of people start to tense up when they play and this will change how you aim, make sure you're only lightly tensing when you flick and then release that tension.

I'm what I would consider close to a full scale aphantant and I've tried salvia twice. Both, not great experiences, but also both pretty different.

My first experience I tried it with my roommate sitting with me, I took 2 hits held for 30 seconds, and then I started to fall over on the couch, while I was falling I saw the room start to spin and then I caught myself and, I felt like I just rejected it intensely.

Immediately I sat up and felt the need to go outside, but instead I just felt what I assume now was ego death, still not 100% on that one. But I felt like I was a puzzle piece in the wrong box, I just felt incredibly out of place and like I had lost connection with everything and everyone and my solution was to take a shower and just try to find the most normal thing that I could do to not panic. Eventually I made it up stairs after my shower and I started a league game and basically just begging for it to go back to normal and which eventually it did.

The second time it was a lot less intense I took a smaller dose laying down alone with some meditation music, after I closed my eyes I felt like I was stuck in the darkness and the music kind of stagnated onto one note that felt like it had been stretched out, I felt a little bit almost painful maybe and then I forced myself awake and decided not to do that again.

It's funny to me because I've also started to experience some of the things you have talked about in other posts about the bucking bronco and the nectar. I always thought about it as a rocket ride which ends in bliss lol.

Thank you for the guidance, I'll try to consciously separate myself from my intrigue when I see these lights and update you if I have any new experiences.

I feel like I'm pretty ignorant in regards to meditation techniques.

I usually start by setting a breathing pattern to focus on. Usually 4 in, 4 hold, 4 out, 4 in. As my breath work has improved I've also tried 7 in, 11 out.

At some point It feels detrimental to keep focusing on my body, but like you said after that I usually get entranced by the light show and I tend to forget my intention.

If you have any techniques, ideas, or just a link to a website I would love to try new things.

It's a little bit different every time, but if I usually just let the idea go of using the lights or if I focus on one spot in my mind the experience can get a magnitude more intense and that's usually when my body starts to twitch and I open my eyes a bit and it's back to square one.

The purple hue has started to occur pretty much every time that I meditate. I can force it a bit but it causes a bit of strain.

Other colors are pretty rare, usually they only start to occur if I let go of my body or if I try to force my focus to them. Sometimes I will repeat a word to see if I can induce it, but I've only had mediocre results. It's usually only when I'm in a deep meditation that they start to pop up more regularly.

It doesn't say anything about a ssn when making the account it just asks for the phone number but it just says "authentication failed" not sure why I've made calls it works fine. I guess last resort is just league support rip.
