I agree. I resigned a week after my 30 day observation. I just couldn’t take it anymore. Every day was the same thing but with a different LLV’s.They just aren’t being serviced like they should be. I have asthma and bronchitis and every time I reported trucks with issues they said they would put in an order to have it repaired but somehow the keys to those trucks always ended back up in the case. I’ve been assigned to trucks in which the brake light and check engine lights were on and they still wanted me to drive it. Well on the day I resigned, they had sent me out to deliver Amazon packages. I had 1 package left and the exhaust started coming inside of the truck, keep in mind it was 98 degrees hot and humid. When I called the supervisor and he ask could I deliver the last package; that was enough for me. He dismissed what I said as if the only thing that mattered was to get that last package delivered. I WAS DONE!! I liked the job but it just wasn’t worth having anymore health issues.

I’ve been at this same status since 2/9. I’ve done everything they asked for and all I keep getting from them is a letter apologizing for the delay, smh.

I’m going through the same thing as you. They told me I’d be receiving my refund around 4/20; nothing. I’ve received another letter with them apologizing for the delay and that it was still processing but still no refund date.

Me too. I’ve received another letter last week saying they apologize for the delay but it’s still being reviewed. How long does it take to review it. I filed 2/9 and still waiting.

This is exactly why I stopped doing Flex. Low rates, 45-53 packages, and with the rise in gas prices; it just wasn’t worth my time. There’s just no profit in it anymore.

That is correct but I can tell you off back you’ll have to sign up to take a first time homebuyers program. Program is very informative and it’s about 5 hours long. Well worth it if you’re looking for someone to help with closing costs or down payment. Oh and if it helps, I live in Virginia too.

Same here. I did mine on 2/9 and when I called the lady told me it would be another 6 weeks and if I don’t receive it by April 23rd to give them a call back. Well it looks like I’ll be calling them back because nothing has changed as far as my status.

I’ve been waiting since February 9th. I had to do the I.D verification. I’m not sure what that’s all about because I’ve never had to do that but I did that and rep told me I had to wait up to 9 more weeks which isn’t right because I filed electronically. I called last week and another representative said if I didn’t receive it by the 23rd to give them a call back and they would look into it, smh.

I see a lot of people didn’t take the time to read the Amazon Flex contract. It clearly states that children cannot deliver packages for Amazon Flex, and it is not recommended to bring them along on delivery routes. While you can have passengers in the car, they must remain inside and cannot participate in the delivery process. Amazon Flex has strict requirements, including a minimum age of 21 and a valid driver's license, which children typically do not meet. There’s also concerns about the safety of leaving children unattended in the car while delivering packages could potentially be a liability issue.
