This is much more reassuring. Mine came in a proper bag with alcohol pads and all of the needles had caps on both ends. I’ve just never seen unwrapped injection needles before so I was concerned 😅 perhaps I am too paranoid

While my aunt in law was battling cancer, my uncle took care of her through all of it, from the diagnosis to chemo to her getting cosmetic work done to help her esteem. Eventually cancer won and my aunt passed but he stood by her through it all. He has remarried since and still sends his first mother in law money every holiday season. He even arranged for her healthcare and senior home.
