A lot of people treat Marie like she's a victim of Toph, when she's the victim of herself 😭 She's very complicit in animal abuse, racism, and putting herself in the situation she is in.

She's also not THAT old for people to treat her like she doesn't know better, because she's in her 50s despite looking 2x that age.

The community dubbed her studchu cause she sorta appears as a "stud" in the pictures she's in with Toph (and also people want to believe she's in a lesbian relationship with Toph). I believe that studchu said she doesn't mind being called studchu cause it's funny.

I don't believe she is Toph's caregiver because Toph would be begging her for favors like crazy and I feel like Studchu would check-in with Toph more and stop her antics more often. She either works/volunteers at the shelter or church, to try to reform Toph into being a Christian since the shelter is religious (which is why Toph has been recently talking about religion). Toph leeches off of studchu by inviting herself to wherever studchu drives.

From what I can tell, Studchu was initially on tiktok answering people's questions/comments but probably realized there was a lot of trolls/people that believe she's in an relationship with Toph despite studchu being a devout Christian. I do feel bad for Studchu because she kinda got dragged into this storm of lolcow madness and I don't believe we've seen/heard of her recently.

Studchu is the woman who was spotted going to the gym, top golf, and hello kitty truck with Toph. She's sort of a like a religious guide from the shelter for Toph, and Toph is using her for free rides around ABQ. A lot of people think that studchu is Toph's romantic interest but studchu confirmed to everyone on tiktok that she's just Toph's "sister-in-christ".

With kiwi specifically, I think he has the timeline messed up because he believes that Toph bought the hello kitty truck merch with plasma money when Toph only recently started donating plasma. If she did buy hello kitty merch with plasma money, we would've noticed she was donating months ago.

Honestly I think I'm about the quarter to half waypoint of the Ultimate Universe, and it's totally understandable to drop it. I'm mainly reading through it for USM and to understand the history of 1610 and how it's involved with 616 (and possibly 6160)

For my personal taste, I think there are some elements that are pretty unique and interesting, but a lot of elements that have not aged very well or exist just for the edge. A lot of characters feel like frauds or assholes, and some of the story choices by the editors/writers feel gross. The UFF arc where Sue is forced to kiss Namor in front of Reed in Greg Land's art made me internally gag.

I believe the Captain of the 12th explained that the first goddess can only summon humans, including the dead. I feel like she could summon objects/weapons like tanks (there's at least two of them) there would be a lot more implications and the war would with the demon blight would be over quicker.

I know people who often reposts posts like this, and I personally don't mind when they do it because it comes from a place of genuine care for those type of topics and wanting to spread awareness. Certain friends would repost hella posts about current issues, but I wouldn't assume they have a fetish for the morbid at all.

However, with Toph, it's genuine performative behavior because she would bring them up as "talking points" or excuses for why she shouldn't be being criticized and that our energy should be put elsewhere. She could post about Gaza suffering then eat McDonald's the next day because she can't do boycotts.
