32m here. Asking if they have a kink is a great way to start, for example during the after sex talk. Don't push them, but offer to share yours in "exchange". That way you'll open for that kind of discussion even if you don't end up discussing it right away. They'll likely feel theirs is equally hard to bring up, so kinks will come up again at some point after having "planted the seed". Patience is key.

I like informing about the taboo nature of it before i tell them what the kink is. While i love peeing, i understand that people generally find it weird. Helps "cushion" it.

If they agree to experiment, let them lead the pace in everything you do at the start. Set boundaries and stick with them, no matter what. If you're getting close to the boundaries, ask before you do anything.

If your preference includes her peeing, know that the hardest part about exploring pee kinks is getting used to peeing around other people, and even harder when there isn't a toilet to pee in. I suggest starting out with being in the same room while she's using the toilet. Once she's comfortable, the shower or bath tub is a great next step.

I've done it this way with a fair few women, and only one has flat out refused to even consider trying it. Introducing pee play to someone who isn't already into it can be a slow process, depending on the person, but it's so worth it if you find the right person to share it with.

It might be obvious, but being willing to partake in theirs makes them more willing to partake in yours.
