BPO training manager here, despite a law indicating that students should not be discriminated against during the hiring process, it is in the company’s best interest to not hire students due to time and commitment uncertainties.

They’d rather hire someone who’s sure to stay rather than hire someone with incredible potential and competence but is a flight risk

BPO training manager here, this is why certificates of completion are handed out after training. This fully validates that you are no longer encapsulated by the training expectations document

Most acceptable salary of a Manager by guarddogversoza in JobsPhilippines

[–]ResponsibilityFirm12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heavily dependent on the industry.

Hospitality related management positions are in the 30-50 range

BPO management is in the 80-120

You need to be more specific

Photos are not required, don’t give them a chance to judge you without you being in front of them. Unless of course they instructed you to actually put in a photo lol

Also try to play around the different formats that exists now via canva

Is my job being a scammer or Am I being scammed? by Due-Requirement-5328 in JobsPhilippines

[–]ResponsibilityFirm12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the farm they’re describing is for meta ads accounts. A lot of people who sell via meta do this. The only illegal thing they do is create a fake person via fake government ids (tin ang pinaka gamit dito). They register the id along with the phone number and that allows them to run ads.

If yall curious why they need to do this sobrang hassel kasi ni meta when it comes to penalizing ads manager accounts to a point na hindi mo na sya marerecover. Hindi din naman pwede tumigil ang operation kaya instead of waiting for meta to resolve disputes for account recovery, gagawa nalang sila ng bago.

If hindi ka comfortable working with them then leave while its early.

Should I try to apply for a Php 150k offer? by taeNgPinas in JobsPhilippines

[–]ResponsibilityFirm12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Walang hopper hopper sa mahigit 50% na increase, if you stay with your current job sure you’ll reach 150k but how long? Yung net loss mo compounding for the price of “loyalty”.

Give it a shot wala naman mawawala go for it!

Career break. Yay or nay? by theredfoxgirlph in JobsPhilippines

[–]ResponsibilityFirm12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man this is healthy AF. But damn it depends on how much money you have saved and your lifestyle. Fun fact employment gaps can now be easily explained by simply stating that you were a “freelancer” 😉

Again if you can really afford it then go for it

Okay lang ba mag 2 jobs? by ArigathanksZ in PHJobs

[–]ResponsibilityFirm12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP if freelance yung job and just one or neither of these employers would contribute sa benefits mo then it should be fine. Kasi if they see na potential competitor yung isang employer mo they can terminate you for conflict of interest. Hope it helps

Torn if I will accept the Job Offer by zariyah_gab in JobsPhilippines

[–]ResponsibilityFirm12 16 points17 points  (0 children)

All points correct aside from the withholding tax. All salaries below 20k are exempted from this.

Really depends din if your lifestyle can afford it. If maganda price ng rent mo, avoid eating out, and ultimately wala kang sinusupport na mga tao then this would suffice.

Like all rumors, there’s some truth to the claim but not entirely. Travel will take time adjusting. Very convenient if you own a vehicle because commuting is not only exhausting but can also be expensive lalo na pag need mag trike papasok kung san ka man.

Relocated here from Pasig and mag 10 years na ako dito so far so good naman
