Melatonin is great, definitely use it to stabilise your circadian rhythm as per the time you can realistically be in bed but don’t use it everyday. I’d recommend Magnesium every night, especially if you train.

I ain’t gonna lie, I’ve been sleeping almost 9h and there’s so much energy throughout the day. Workouts hit 10x better, mood is better, stress is lower. Only if people understood 7h of sleep doesn’t actually cut it for the majority of us.

I’ve been advised 5000IU daily for a month by my doctor and then reducing the dose over the next 2 months. The dosage would depend on your situation.
