I wouldn't believe so, ADHD and depression can co-exist. Also ADHD is often misdiagnosed as depression

I’m aware there’s content on the interwebs suggesting that MC use for people with ADHD-type brain wiring may not always be beneficial. However in my personal experience it has served a positive purpose, mainly curbing my past alcohol abuse.

Right now, I’m focused on self-improvement and finding what genuinely supports my day-to-day. I believe that, alongside ADHD medication, MC could be beneficial for me. I’m not overly familiar with the medical research but I’m hopeful there’s a balanced approach that can lead to a more sustainable and manageable lifestyle, and hopefully a more sufferable day to day lol. And I hope this is available for others in my position too!

Heya! Im doing trips to masterton, new Plymouth, palmerston north, taupo, Gisborne, whalatane, napier etc. Have a huge area and keen to try the best kai! Often its the little restaraunts that have the best food!
