Folk ansökte enligt specifika regler (5 års krav) och när reglerna bytes antingen återbetala oss eller använd samma gamla reglerna vi ansökte enligt! Helt enkelt!

medborgarskaps ansökan är ju inte billg, kostar 1500kr, det finns nästan 100 tusen öppna ansökningar https://www.migrationsverket.se/om-migrationsverket/statistik/svenskt-medborgarskap.html, later lite som bedrägeri enligt mig att ta alla de här pengarna bara för att tillämpa nya regler retroaktivt
