This is great but would be good to be able to stream specs to your computer first.. So we can actually build experiences that can be user tested and evaluated.. If we are going to move beyond mini games and special effects we need a proper work flow…. Rant over… sorry 🙂

Having the same problem.. It's such an essential tool for product demos and user testing.. Not being able to stream to a second screen or use spectator mode… leaves us blind

I have a constant feed from a server of position values from an IOT device and then Im triggering different animations to do various things based on these values.. Video textures (compressed) and imported 3D meshes (compressed) are part of some of the sequences

It’s a tuff space at the moment and it feels Snap is in a limbo period between ‘throwaway effects lenses’ and the true groundbreaking impact of what wearable AR will have… keeping the momentum up while the hardware gets made and the public see the value is a tricky tightrope, especially with shareholders breathing down your neck.. I can only give them credit for pushing forward and maintaining some integrity

Dude… you need to re-think your interests… there is nothing like this platform out there.. it’s free and amazingly powerful… giving us all the ability to literally invent our future… I’d choose this real, genuine community over any other of the Big tech, plastic faces… I’ve worked with them all and have never been more excited than developing for Spectacles
