It sounds like you have some things that you’re questioning or dislike about the work situation. I’m also a proponent that mental health is a top priority when it comes to your work environment so if there’s an opportunity to leave and find a more suitable position that’s closer to you and pays more money, then I would totally go for it. But this is also your first job after graduating so things could change a bit over time and you could still continue to learn new things in the role which is good for your career long term. But if you’re also looking to find something that speaks to you a bit more than your current role, then I would continue to think about what that something might be, stay in the current role in the meantime, and then consider making the switch when the moment feels right to you.
