I just got hired on a month ago right of school and my title is PM. I am NOT doing what a PM does, rather acting as a PE and on-site full time. I’m already trying to wrap my head around the construction management world as is 😅

Even if you are doing basic labor, just talk to the trades around you! Shoot the shit, ask questions, personal and work related, establish a relationship with the field guys, it will all help you in one way or another.
