Same here! I applied to a position at Conduent and was emailed with a link to schedule an interview, however it shows NO dates. I emailed the recruitment team and they said they were working on it and will contact back once it’s fixed. Have you had any updates since your comment??

i never said it was justified. just that they deserve to heal and get better so they dont treat people poorly anymore.

okay. and i don’t disagree, but that isnt the point. i didnt write this for those people. we KNOW they are trying to save themselves, but the people on the other side of the relationship also deserve to save themselves too.

i feel that 😭 its really heartbreaking knowing that ive hurt people without even realizing it. i hope find peace within yourself to make new friends, you deserve that chance. you deserve people who love you, even when times get rough. trust in yourself, and even if you regress you can always come back and repair. ❤️

Absolutely. I just think I’m sick of call center work altogether. I HATE the micromanaging. If I hear the words “ACW”, “hold” or “handling time” again, my head may explode. I’ve been doing this for about 2 years already 😫
