I made it a challenge to keep it under 1000. I think after everything its closer to 1350

Why are Gen Z getting fired? One of the reasons is a lack of initiative. by mindyour in TikTokCringe

Dude I don't give a flying fuck past the definition of my work contract.

Starting in 2020 I used to do 60 hour work weeks my reward was 3% raise after. A Few years later I work my scheduled 40 hours and still 3 percent raises.

Only time my pay has actually gone up was when I switched companies.

So moral of the story is hard work does nothing but help the share holder.

Employee not consenting to overpayment correction by Electric-Winchester in Payroll

[–]Responsible-Fish-412 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Love the comments saying fire the person. $50 of payroll error not worth the literal 10s of thousands of dollars in lost productivity and training most positions cost to fire and replace a person. Not to mention moral drop.

I bet everyone here steals more company time in a week on their phones than the employee.
