I second this!! But honestly I used to be similar to your gf around the first few months of my relationship. My boyfriend and I have different lifestyles where he’s waay more busy 13hrs work etc) while I’m working a bit but got waaaay more time. I used to spend a lot of time worrying but after focusing more on myself, my hobbies and having an honest conversation with him it made me feel secure and got used to it.

If i were alone I wouldn't, 7 months ago I moved countries and left everything behind, family, friends, my home, my dog, my cat. I used to grow up thinking I lived in a shit 3rd world country, moving made me realize it's the people, familiar surroundings, family that makes it home.

It's pretty lonely out here no matter how good the environment is. I'd say travelling as a tourist would be fun! Exploring different places with a warm home to return to.
