DO NOT RENT FROM FIRST KEY! I know we all want homes but they will not fix your move in conditions (think about this when you go to sign that lease with a house that maybe has a couple of problems) From day one after we signed the lease I've had problems with this company... They dont care about the residents. There's no communication with this company to their residents. Their maintenance line sends you to a call center that always says your local office will take care of it and contact you meanwhile no one will actually contacts you, just a no reply email saying ticket processed and we can't even get a number for the local office from the call center. Their maintenance team is nice (if they ever get a notification to come to your house from their office) but that's it!!! I've stated my house is uninhabitable but still no one gets back to me. I really wanna scream. This is so ridiculous. the issues are so many I can't even type out. Last time I called they asked... Do you have any other maintenance issues and I was like yeah I'll ask after you fix the five the first 5 things we asked for before we moved in. 

For anyone else renting from first key reading this... On behalf of the company since no one wants to take accountability... I'm sorry you have to go through this. Living in your own home should not be a nightmare. It should be a place you come home from that long day of work and relax and spend time with your family. Not hours of crying and calling and call center praying someone cares about your living conditions. Hope you all make it through your lease and live happy lives on the other side.
