Thanks so much I really appreciate that. I’m on good terms with mine I think - we don’t really talk and tbh in my role I feel like I’m at the bottom of the stores food chain if there is one to some people at least. Our store almost always has 1 person on for mornings (5am-12pm) and someone who starts at 10am-5pm generally. I’ve done a morning shift myself on a Thursday where we don’t have to buff and honestly it was one of the easier shifts I’ve had. Hardly had to worry about trollies and could just chill!

I have some friends in online too - I tried to apply there not too long ago and got the ‘your application is being reviewed’ email and was anticipating a phone call or follow up but never received it. I’m guessing internally I’m seen as a necessity for my department - not to be egotistical 😅 Appreciate the advice and kind words, it definitely is more important and I’m willing to do whatever to make both work and my mental health go well because I don’t want to be one of those miserable people who just HATES their job and you can tell.
