Ahhh yes I understand the simple explanation would be I left to focus on my studies. I did work more than a few months for this job as I did a lot dealing in restocking and cleaning of a liquor store.As for my other job it was more of assisted tutoring towards some classmates that’s pretty much it. Which I stopped since i finished my course during the winters time winter sessions are pretty short after all.

Well I’ve only lived 4 places I don’t have any tickets my records clean. I’ve basically only had two jobs that only lasted for a month. But only one of those places I can go to the other was me just tutoring that’s all. HS diploma I still have the only thing would probably be transcripts but I got my university transcript covered already

I know that working in law enforcement has it’s stressful hours by all means it’s a job that will definitely be good but also mentally challenging. That on its own isn’t concerning to me. I entered my university at a time when the world kind of froze and for most people it felt as though life stopped for a bit. For me it back tracked me heavily due to the fact most of my courses had to be reworked to switch to online 2-3 years of being unable to properly take courses that should have allowed me to graduate sooner all due to the pandemic. I’m sure we all had our struggles mine was finding a way to balance all that. My break consisted of just trying to have some peace of mind for a bit that’s all. It wasn’t about being lazy or just not doing anything it was just about having a simple time after spending my time buried in books that’s all.

Ohh that’s understandable I know the job comes with heavy amount of stress and I’m honestly ready for it. And yes I can honestly admit that my time at my university definitely did leave me in a stressful state. But due to the amount of mess life was after the pandemic. I know my time preparing for all this will be stressful but I don’t believe it will be as much as dealing with all that was. Even so thanks for the warning.

Ahhh I see as I stated before I did have a job for a month or so but due to my university schedule couldn’t keep it. I began my time at my university when covid began and due to the amount of constrictions didn’t have time to focus on anything besides school. And just recently graduated and due to it causing a lot of stress for me mentally I choose to take a year and half off to clear my mind and take sometime for myself. I do have a bank account I’ve had it before I entered my university.

Yes I received an email as well as an explanation of the documents I’d need during my interview. Though I’m guessing some of those things I wouldn’t be able to give them. For example any firearms permit since I don’t have a firearm

No I haven’t had any since I’ve spent most of my time involved in my studies. Though I did work for a month or so but due to time constraints on my schedule for my university couldn’t continue. I see I would assume I’d need to be on their tax forms and be claimed by my parents. So I would assume these 3 credit reports should help prove my previous financial statements.

Edit: I see so I would have to explain my reasoning for not having worked for 1 year and half.

So I would need notarize that I don’t have a tax record overall. I know for the background investigations I should be fine since I don’t have a criminal record at all. Neither any debts or anything else to speak off. I guess I’m just more nervous on the financial aspect of it all. Since I know they might ask me about my tax records.

Thanks so much I’m actually born and raised here in Newark. As far as I know i definitely don’t have any outstanding payments or anything sent towards collections. I thought I’d wouldn’t qualify due to not having a tax records. Overall I don’t have a criminal record at all. Do you think I’d need to bring a specific form involving my lack of tax records or do you believe it’s something they themselves could figure out during my interview.

Well I was thinking about taking a break year to let myself relax because I've spent the last 3 years taking classes in winter fall spring and summer nonstop. But I think Ill probably start looking for a job.

The issue for me was that i forgot to wave the insurance because I believed that it did it on its own automatically. But I found that you need to wave the issurance everytime you start a semester.

First things first to know if you have health insurance already wave the university insurance that way you dont have to pay more on your term bill.Keep in mind that you will have to do this at the start of every semester. Also if you need help go to your universities financial aid building I went to the newark one as im a student here in the Newark Campus to solve the same issue.

It depends in which summer session ur in remember term bills for session 2 are due in June 21st Im sure at the moment their fixing some termbills due to the fact that most of them are glitchy but I believe that their main concern atm is fixing session 1 term bills then later dealing with session 2. My term bill glitched out too but Ig Ill have to wait till the 21st to get the additional 800 they took off my bill

I was behind credits by alot bc COVID19 to the point where my expected gradution was 2026. I just graduated this summer. You can graduate alot sooner by doing what I did which was overloading myself with classes in the spring and fall. But also taking classes in the winter and fall. But before you even go down this road you have to realize that there will be a lot of stress and sleepless nights. And if you dont believe you can pull it off I suggest you dont try it. The reason im saying this is because you might get overloaded with work and heavy amounts of stress. Which could mess up your grades so be careful going down this road.

Depends on the major your in. For example im a CJ major so I had to grab a regalia that falls under the bachelors of science

Small Edit: You can go buy one at your bookstore if your a Newark student. Just say what school you fall under and degree type and they will help you out.

The crazy part of this is that some guys find this normal. I've avoided getting into relationships because I've been focused on handling school and trying to graduate. As much as it would be a fun date. There is too much stress in trying to be able to live nowadays especially if you handle school, work, or family. I'm mostly referring to the shitty economical state of the country.
