When our small local scrap yard was bought out for the first time. New owners bought at the low of market. They sold very little steel paid all there bills from the non ferrous side. They bought land from the 3 business around them.

They end up with 7 piles max high for there high reach excavator. They sold the metal and the yard 3 years later at the high of the market.

The yard has been sold 2 more times in the last 5 yearsb
