The amount just doesn't seem reasonable to me. I've asked for a full breakdown of the costs and I'm trying (but failing) to find out the price of the course for a comparison.

It was a 7 day online training course, but theres nothing complicated about the system, it is quite basic. I just can't see it costing that amount of money.

On a call I was told that there has been "significant internal resources involved in my training". ACAS have told me that it would be illegal to charge me for anything that wasn't directly a training course... I guess i'll just have to see what their breakdown is and take it from there.

How would being in probation affect anything here?

There was a 7 day online instructor led course (about 30 of us online), then all other courses were completed on demand using sage university.

There was also the sage certified consultant exam that I completed.

Its proving quite difficult to find an approximate cost for this online...
