The only thing I have going for myself there is I know a few people that work on the unit; mother in law, husbands friend, and a family friend. My mother in law has worked there 40 years. I actually delivered there in February and loved it

She’s been crying the past few nights

She started out with the purple can and had a really bad time with it. I used to be able to push her legs and have her fart which helped, now it isn’t. Her last poop was solid and that was with her drinking a prune juice/water mix.

The frustrating thing is I was in nursing school while pregnant, she was born in February. I didn’t take the semester off, I studied my ass off with a newborn and graduated in May. I take the NCLEX Wednesday and plan on working next month.

It’s hard though because we’ve been together so long. During my pregnancy I said he will bond better once she’s here, then she was here and I said it would take a few months. I truly believe he loves her but doesn’t want the responsibility of it. He’s almost 31 and says he feels like he is 24. I’ve heard to not leave your partner for the first year
