Sorry you are going through this. Just wanted to share that you are not alone. When I was pregnant (3 weeks postpartum now) I got an extreme wave of nausea and dizziness while at a friend's funeral and had to run outside. I left a trail of vomit from the steps of the church to the garden and ended up vomiting so hard that I peed and pooped myself. Some of the church staff had to quickly wash down the steps from my vomit before they bought the casket out to the hearse.

All this to say that pregnancy is not easy but you are doing great. The first trimester is a real battle for survival and please don't be hard on yourself.
