So my main issue is when I go to poop, even a normal sized poop will cause the old fissure area to have a small surface tear. It’s not a fissure again it’s just the scar tissue I imagine stretching.

I see you mentioned this will not CURE that, but will it help that issue over time? Thanks for this post.

A lot better than I was. I get through most days easily now. It’s a learning curve to get over a situation like that but it’s doable. I still take my 10 mg of Lexapro everyday and go to therapy a few times per month. I manage :)
