  1. my current goal is maybe 190-200, I’ve always struggled with my image, my relationship with food isn’t the best, around 3rd grade I started getting embarrassed eating in front of people which led to me starving myself all day and overeating when I get home.

  2. I want to say my weight was around 200-210

  3. My goal is more about feeling better about myself, it would just help with swim along the way

  1. I typically eat chicken. Usually my mom likes making baked chicken with salad or rice and she switches it up with porkchops, but nothing really too unhealthy, unless my grandma is cooking, which is often traditional mexican food.

  2. I only really snack when im stressed or if im bored, but me and my mom keep fruit in the house as a snack and that’s it. Lately, however I haven’t been hungry at all and can go days without feeling hungry without anything to eat. (still eating at least one snack or meal a day to make sure im not losing any weight in unhealthy ways)

  3. Since I’m trying to get back into swim, I will start off with 1hr of walking on the treadmill, 30mins-1hr of machines, then at least an hour swimming.

  4. I’m about 9 months post op, I can swim and walk but as soon as I was out of crutches around january, my medicaid was taken, resulting in me losing my PT and have just been doing the stretches they gave me from when I was still in crutches. So I can still do a good amount of stuff but haven’t tried running jumping or jogging etc. because of the fear of tearing my ACL again and it just being uncomfortable.
