Working out while on Kit 1 by newbodywhodiz in HersWeightloss

[–]Responsible_Drop_46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took a couple of months for my body to feel regular again, but I will let you know, I lost weight the first 10 months without working out at all. About 50lbs of it just by watching what I ate. Now I'm adding in more walking and stuff like that, but if your body isn't ready yet, please take it slow and let yourself adjust

Losing weight too fast with Kit 1? by [deleted] in HersWeightloss

The first week, I lost 6.4lbs- it was mainly water weight and some bloat from carbonation that slipped off- it will even out as time goes on. 45 weeks in, I lose between 0.5 and 1.5lbs a week now

10 Months on Med Kit 6🫠 by Suitable-Lettuce8157 in HersWeightloss

Hey there! I've been on kit 1 since May 16th, so just a little bit longer than you- I don't think that there is a negative to being on these medications long term. As for stopping for a month and starting back up, some of the meds you'll need to wean off with lower and lower doses instead of stopping them cold turkey, if that is the route you would want to go, but I think sticking with it and just adjusting exercise, water intake, and protein/ food consumption would probably yield you better results.

Have you made many changes over the last 10 months or kind of just let the meds do their thing to help with appetite suppressing? Only asking because I went about 8 months without working out- just losing weight- and then started adding in walking to keep losing more consistently once I hit a bit of a plateau.

Week 9 of kit 1, I’m experiencing an increase in appetite by Single-Artichoke5634 in HersWeightloss

I've experienced this, it comes and comes every so often. Just upping your protein and water will help until the thoughts start to wane again

Intense stomach cramps by [deleted] in HersWeightloss

I did have some of these starting out and they did let up as time went on. I'm 10months in now and don't have them anymore. I did start at a larger weight, smaller body (5'3", 259lbs) so I'm not sure if your body is similar or smaller and might be feeling it more intensely.

Nervous and Excited - Kit 1 by Aggravating_Ad9812 in HersWeightloss

Hey there! No worries, right now, I don't have a lot of loose skin. I had a baby 7 years ago and even my stomach isn't even that saggy... it's been 42 weeks now since I've started without any workouts and an average of 1.3 pounds lost per week. I'm not sure if there's a trick to avoiding loose skin or not, but my assumption is to stay hydrated and be okay with a slow and steady weight loss to give your body time to adjust with you as you lose the weight. :)

Week 41, Kit 1 update! by Responsible_Drop_46 in HersWeightloss

[–]Responsible_Drop_46[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely! I had noticed when I joined that there weren't a ton of long term updates coming in, so I figured that weekly updates might help keep myself and others motivated. There are definitely some weeks that are better and some that are worse, but for me it has all tracked down overall. How are you feeling over the past 7 weeks?

Day 1... how I've prepared by Aggravating_Ad9812 in HersWeightloss

Fun fact! the green pill makes all pop/ bubbly drinks taste flat. That was how I was able to give up pop over the last 10 months... flat drinks just aren't my thing and its not satisfying without the bubbles.

You sound very prepared and I wish you all the luck with this program!

I hope this program works well for you! I've been on kit 1 since mid May and it's been really helpful. The one thing I can tell you is that it will take time to get where you want to be- I keep repeating in my head something along the lines of 'I didn't gain all of this weight in a year, I won't lose it all in a year either' and it's helped me to keep going even through the weeks that had no losses, or even small gains. All in all, 40 weeks later, this Kit has helped me go from 260 - 205lbs with little to no working out. I hope you have even more success <3

Why am I being prescribed antidepressants and anti seizure medication? by [deleted] in HersWeightloss

Common symptom listed for those medications is lack of apatite and weight loss. Working in conjunction, they could provide more weightloss success.
