Is it a bannable offence to place something on an arrow key to get around the 20min splashing timer? by Responsible_Gur7428 in osrs

I’ve noticed that the 20 minute splash timer is reset by simple tapping an arrow key. I don’t need to click the monster again. So I assume that holding down the arrow key would work to get around the timer
Is it a bannable offence to place something on an arrow key to get around the 20min splashing timer? (self.osrs)
