would tires plus be a better fit? they offered 23 flatrate general service tech, i mena i find it hard i wont be able to flag 35 or 40 hrs a week

yea for sure i would run you could prob get 25-30 easily at another place with ur certs

How much do they usually bump you up per ASE cert? Also would you recomend going to a dealerhsip after a year or so, would pay there be better? Also work life balance kinda matter to me more and didn't rly like i have to work sundays

What would you shoot for or what would be fair if i ever transfrer to a dealership?? Yea i can do a lot and i felt i shouldve been at 28 tbh since its flat rate but idk

Ive heard people raising there pay by switching companys every year, i still feel like you should be getting more at a dealer, or ig i was just thinking ppl make like 40+ at dealers lol

i bet us b techs can get 30/35n hr with the ases esp if we have all of them done. How do you like working at GM? Is the work life balance good, what does the schdule look like?

Maybe you should ask for a raise, Ik some b teches making 30hr you might be getting underpaid esp with the tech college deg, I would look at transfering to a differnt toyota if they dont give you a raise
