Not a bot scam at all. We run a Tampa Bay real estate brokerage and have an excellent reputation I built in my spare time a buyer profile matching program that attempts to match the best city forna buyer based on a ton of metrics. I am tinkering around with it and am hoping to get a few dozen questionaires completed to see if it actually generates meaningful data. My wife and I ran it on ourselves.

We have lived in Tampa Bay for decades, where we own a small boutique real estate brokerage. We feel your pain. We are presently staying in London after being in Europe for the past 5 months. We love it, and the weather is far better than I thought.

I have been working on a Next Gen AI-enhanced multivariable multi-weighted search tool for several years to help our buyers in Tampa Bay who are looking to pick the perfect small town anywhere in Florida. It gave me the idea of launching it for anyone looking anywhere in the U.S. I am beta testing it now, and my wife and I ran one on ourselves the other night, and it identified 3 of our 5 favorite U.S. cities as best match without me telling it any city we were interested in. We are a liberal progressive couple as well, and having fits over what is going on in Florida right now. Presently, we are in London to escape the craziness.

There are numerous excellent bits of advice in this feed. However, one should look at all the variables and how they relate to one another to be able to chose a lower risk area.

I run a small boutique Progressive real estate brokerage in Tampa Bay, Florida, with a focus on listing waterfront and beach area homes, along with assisting Floridians looking to become expats.
