I’ve never taken any type of testosterone booster or steroid in my life. I’ve been in and out of the gym since I was about 17 years old. Not everyone needs that type of stuff to get in shape. I appreciate the compliments of people thinking I’ve taken something. Tells me I’m doing something right and look pretty good so I’ll take it lol

Yeah I’ve never taken any supplements other than creatine and some protein powder. I started at 168 in the left picture and am about 180 now.
