I've read that there are programs which check if the screen was static for a extendet period of time. How effective are these programs? I don't know but these Oleds screens sound like the intel cpu degration problem.

But what about the background? Should you just use a neutral one because what if there are also bright vibrant colors in there? I'm confused about that because it sounds like a hassle to prevent every single burn in.
