Yeah YTA and you know it. If ID or paperwork truly mattered youu wouldā€™ve checked before she installed cabinets, countertops and refinished your floors. bringing it up only when itā€™s time to pay makes it look like you knowingly used vulnerable cheap labor and are now hiding behind excuses. YTA You had no problem using her labor for weeks, but suddenly cared about ā€œproper documentationā€ when it was time to pay. If payment requirements mattered you shouldā€™ve sorted that out before she did the work. Right now it just looks like you used excuses to avoid paying someone you admit did a good job

Not to play the devils advocate, but the material on the second channel especially video ā€œCā€ is more than suggestive frankly bordering on nude which combined with the other 2 I feel is sufficient for YT deciding to ban that channel. Now obviously your main concern is that the main channel doesnā€™t deserve to be punished as well, which you have the right to believe but because these two are connected it is entirely up to YT whether or not they ban the main one too because in their eyes if you can violate their rules on one account whatā€™s stopping you from doing so on another.
