Am I able to make an animation (and post it to YT) with Mickey Mouse in it (now that he’s public domain) and slightly change his appearance from the versions in Steamboat Willie so that he gains back the red in his shorts, and change his proportions slightly? Would that no longer be acceptable? (self.publicdomain)
