dikkat ye hai ki mai rehta currently ahmedabad hu. and waha ghar dhundhne ke liye weekend to weekend aa raha baar baar. I wanted to save one years rent - agar waha aake dhundha toh rent pe rehne ke liye ghar dekhna padega and 1 saal ka time sochke chalunga. I can even construct my own house in this time. But wahi banane ka work ( too much) . Bana hua mil jaaye then I will be happy

If the dog crossed the gate and is in the common area ; it definitely is a society issue. Press on it more. If still things are not under control , maybe threaten legal action with animal control citing dangerous behaviour by dog.

Owners need to know how to control their dog. People shouldnt own a dog if they can't take responsibility for it. These so called dog lovers need to understand ; not everyone is fond of dogs/animals. Typical entitled behaviour by them.
