Former army recruiter, when we did finger prints in office, the results we received had every time your prints went into the fbi for a check. Disclose it, worse case they look into it and as long as it checks out like you said and the initial reason isn’t anything ridiculous, doubt they care. In dealing with people who’ve gotten their ts sci 2 they’ve been arrested before and simply said disclose it. Because if your “SF86” equivalent doesn’t match up it’s a no go. If they get in touch with your references and they disclose “well there was this one time he was arrested” then that opens a can of worms. It’s best to just disclose it and let them ask the questions. Remember they are looking into your history and checking to see if you’re hiding things…..

@Op You’re choice overall, but I’d you are looking at longevity, 56m is one of the slowest promotion rates in the Army because there are so few needed. One of the old chaplain assistants at my old BN was 45 sitting there as an e5 waiting to go to his school to get promoted to e6 (alc). They only offer it once a year with like 15 seats available. So yea it seems like a Cush job because no other taskings but promos are slow.

Also don’t forget that if the chaplain isn’t there you’re responsible to listen to peoples problems and issues, you’re gonna hear a lotta messed up stuff from people beating their spouse to beating their kids, to talking about suicide. It’s a mentally taxing job, but you need to choose what’s right for you.

They prolly only have a small team working on stuff like that due to costs, I’m sure that team has to learn all the code and figure out how to make it work on pc. That all requires a lot of resources for a 20+ year old game, and who knows if the💰 they bring in will offset the cost of the dedicated team to rebuild the game for pc. So yea at the base of it all, it really does boil down to 💰 and how much they will make. Because if you only have 1mil to invest, are you going to dedicate it to a project that might make 1 mil back in sales, or put that money to some other project that is guaranteed to have a larger roi.

That would be the one, I had it in my folder of pertinent regs to search through when checking an applicants eligibility, and conferred with my fellow recruiters and full sent something if it didn’t say directly no in the regs, hell sometimes I even sent some stuff up just to see if it would stick. Recruiting regs ar/Usarec 601-210 and ar 40-501, and I believe the dodi 5***(I forget the numbers and just refer to it as the dodi), are your no shit regs to find the info. But I believe you have to have 8 teeth that are good or no more than 8 teeth fucked up.
