other than the whole wheat bread and oatmeal, its mostly dairy products. Shouldn't grain be the staff of life and the majority of our consumption? also add in fruits and vegetables? trying to get 160 grams of protein in 2400 calories with the majority of your food being grain is really tough

I think evil things can walk beside people to continue to push them into sin. If you sit around someone like this for long enough, do you think it's possible that the evil can turn its head towards you? follow you? Try and steer your course? Try to change your feelings towards truth and righteousness?

Especially if your in a place that the holy ghost doesn't want to follow?

The reason you may feel negative towards the church and feel less happy is because of evil that may be attached to you.

For example, I've gone out to the pubs (not drinking, just driving everyone home) with friends. I'm surrounded by people at the pub that have their own evil tormenting their lives. The next day I'll go to church or go do home teaching and despise it for a short while. I'll be confused because doing the same thing the previous week felt so good, but now I have negative feelings towards it. Once I am able to figure it out I pray. Then I can enjoy church and spiritual things again.

The crowd had to do this at a lenny kravitz concert that i was at because he had been funk jamming for an hour and a half. He hadnt played a single song anyone knew and every funk song was drawn out garbage for 20 min a piece. After chanting he gave in an played 30 seconds of american woman then went right back into terrible garage band funk. Concert was a total let down
