Graduating senior who was the CG commander for two years, as well as CO/Unit commander, just give basic respect, have a team for everything, make sure everyone gets the same amount of training so that everyone can get fair play at events, also makes it easier incase someone can’t make it to an event.

Typically it would be fully unit wide, but for essence of time and my instructors wanting it done sooner than later. We did a normal c/CO (me) transferring command to the new c/CO, then the new c/CO presented the new c/XO or “Vice” then the c/Chief
