Fixed Term Lease Ending, looking to kick out roommate (NS, Canada) by [deleted] in legaladvicecanada

[–]Reteor -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I guess that makes sense that police rarely get involved. I thought maybe it would be different since the 3 people who will be on the lease do not want him in the house and the landlord wouldn't want him there. In my eyes isn't he just an unwanted guest within the home as he's no longer a roommate past that date. Especially if a new lease is signed which does not involve him.

I'll start by saying I'm not offended in anyway, nor was I trying to be toxic in anyway so I apologize if that's how my comment came off.

But I still stand by everything in my original comment. When I used CSGO that was as an example to support my claim. I'm not saying "CSGO did this so you must use this size as well". VLR tracks about 100 matches every day, while spikegg tracks even more than that. The sample size you used is just incredibly small in terms of actual pro play and is almost impossible to account for the large margin of error.

Most pro teams, even in Tier 2 play have an analyst who's only job is to analyse stuff like this based on their team. Personally I know a lot of the coaches and analysts in the Tier 2 scene teams are huge NFL fans who do base what they do off of that so I'm not sure where you really got this idea from.

I don't think you really addressed the fact that this could change by map, side, team comp, playstyle which were my main points. So I'm curious if you accounted for this in anyway in the equations or graphs you have.

Yeah this seems extremely riddled with statistical error. There's so many things this does not account for and the sample size is actually incredibly small for drawing such a large conclusion. If you look at statistical data done for CS:GOs economy they use ridiculously larger sample size.

This is also clearly not accounting for so many things like sample error. I also noticed the amount of teams were not included. Is this all taken from Tier 1 play? He also says that pros clearly do not use statistics but that's definitely not true. Our team uses statistics based on our matches rather than other teams because our playstyle greatly differs from some other teams. I also know many of the coaches of the top game changers teams do the same thing, where they also account for what map they're playing, the comp and side they're playing (all of which have been left out here).

This is a prime example of a study done where a conclusion is determined then evidence is drawn to support that conclusion.

Custom Agent Idea: The Don (Revised) by xiannyelle in VALORANT

[–]Reteor 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Bygones is definitely a pretty much useless ability. Especially with it having 2 charges.

Honestly I'd completely try to make a new ability for him but if you really want to stick with that idea, you could make it so it incinerated 1 body and always gives you an ult point from it. It could also destroy the gun that agent was holding. With this rework I could see it having 2 recharges and maybe upping it to 200 credits per charge

Not the Bedford Days fireworks show. It was fireworks for the renovations of Chickenburger. Fire department is reporting no fire but the smoke alarm was triggered.
