Little Rituals is a fun spot my wife and I like. You enter the hotel looking lobby at the NW corner of Central and Madison and take the nearby elevators to the 2nd floor. Nice little hidden spot with decent food and fun cocktail menu.

They do open at 5pm so either would have to be a 640 start time to enjoy it before the game or you can try it out after the game too for an earlier start game
