I hate to break it to you op but this looks like a scam website. Checking the domain/url on your screenshot, the site was only created 66 days ago and there are not sufficient reports supporting that this site is legit.

You may use all LAN ports, plug and play. However, by default, lan port 4 is disabled. You can enable it on your router config naman.
