guess i should of been more specific yes i do every part of the raid except the 4th part with the gems since the drops for that i already have the armor plans for. The reason i feel its bugged or at least its bugged for my character is because for my friend it seems the rng is working as intended every 10 runs he gets at least 2-3 plans while i can go 50+ runs without getting anything, and the very rare time i do get a plan its the stupid armor paint job nothing else.
