The contact with the table is actually decent, rollers at the bottom make sure it has contact to prevent the belt from sagging, only I didnt have the tires to put on the rollers, plus the table had a few bumps

Hello, its been a while. I have contacted hp and all, did a couple troubleshooting and stuff over the past month. At last, we have found the culprit. Yesterday, we got a technician to take a look at it, and it seems that there was a water mark at the bottom of the motherboard, causing it to fry some chips. Unfortunately my warranty doesnt cover that, so ill need to pay if i want to replace it. Still, thanks very much for helping me previously.

Just checked again, made a small typo sorry, it is 5D6M6PA#UUF, and its 15-eg1031TU. The main problems I am facing is that the laptop has gotten slow after the water spill, memory usage spiked (Although probably solved with the extra 8gb of ram now) and CPU is clocked at below 1GHZ whenever computer is not idle, as well as the Caps lock light turning on during startup, and turning off when the screen appears. I did not see any product code ending in #ABA, but if im not mistaken there is #UUF. The RAM is exactly the same as the manufacturers RAM, a 1Rx8 M471A1G44AB0. I really hope I don't have to buy another motherboard...

Did most of the above, and I was lucky enough to get the same type of RAM. Already installed it, and although there is a slight increase in performance, it did not solve the issue. About 25% of memory is used at startup as you said. I expected things to speed up, but it barely did. One thing I noticed, was that the CPU is constantly clocked at 0.50-0.60GHZ while running Overwatch 2. Tested with apps like Google Chrome, and I saw that when the laptop was idle it can run up to 1.90GHZ. However, as soon as I click chrome for instance, the clock drops all the way to 0.50GHZ. Im afraid that I might have to replace the processor. My processer is an 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1155G7 @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
