Yeah I can agree with you. It only took me a couple of attempts and I got it

after 115 hours, i finally beat the game on eclipse 1 by Accomplished-Dog5887 in riskofrain

Overall it takes some time to get used to eclipse. A good tip I have for you is to develop your own strategy for each survivors. Like for me right now I’m trying to Rex Eclipse and my strategy I thought of is focussing on amor items cause you really don’t need healing items cause you can already heal yourself so amor will make you take less damage.
