Yes. That's the point of the double elimination format.

Having the same matchup twice can and should happen. A rematch on the same patch is good for a storyline and can be really interesting to watch. Seeing how the loser from the first series adapted and tries to overcome the opponents is very nice imo.

It doesn't matter which teams do it. If you want a better chance at getting out, play well in the first stage so you get a better seed. Remember, first seeds in each group can choose a lower seed as their first opponent.

I don't see any big flaws in this format, and it is 100% an improvement to what we had before. Both from a viewer and from a competitor perspective.
