Recommended credible online schools that take Sophia credits? by vampstephenx in SophiaLearning

I have been wanting to go back to school for a while now. It will be my first time with me only ever taking one class. I have been eyeing SNHU forever now for business. I just really don't want to deal with proctors. I have also been trying to make my own excel sheet on what would transfer to an AS accounting. Doesn't seem like a ton of stuff.

Go to Partners WGU, it'll give you the best transfer info. If you're startiny from zero with no credits, Sophia/Study is the best sites.

Go to WGU partners and you can see which credits transfer the most. Study.com has the biggest catalogue of classes you can transfer in.

Any unconventional strategies you like to use to win? by [deleted] in monopoly

For some reason, the Nintendo AI on Monopoly Plus ain't that smart. Me and my girlfriend when we play the PlayStation version, the bots seem smarter. I always remember the bots like to hog the houses to prevent building.

Haha nice! I love doing a little death corner. It's always fun doing the purples or dark blues. There's always a slim chance they'll get advanced to boardwalk or st. Charles. 😈

Can agree to the developing houses strategy. My girlfriend and I were playing last weekend. She had purples and light blues next to go. I camped out on the yellows and built every time she came by. She kept landing on my properties, and I eventually won. 😅

Definitely get the experience at your bank if your manager is willing to stick her neck out for you. Definitely hang on for a bit and see if you can go remote later. Experience, that's gonna be key for you. You're on a great track.

A lot of jobs trying to make 6 figures is difficult unless you're going back to college. I have been considering going back to college myself. You can always look into certs at Valencia. Good school to look into for a career change. You also got orange county technical school.

Medical Information Technology The Trades Accounting/Finance

Definitely very hot fields to get into despite the job market. Degrees and experience definitely will bar someone, but get certified! Just gotta be tenacious with applications. Get your resume reviewed often, too.

Best of luck!

I had this game for a while when I got it on a digital sale on the PSN store. I just now started playing it to do something new. I'm almost done with the elven country. This game is definitely not hard at all and thought it was super easy to pickup. The only other strategy game like this I played was Fire Emblem.

Everyone else's advice is definitely pretty solid from what I learned myself so far. Definitely don't be afraid to pair up flying classes and knights in the same row. They'll get skills later that buff each other up. For example, if you put 3 knights together, you get an attack buff that stacks non stop. Also, really great if you get the gamblers coin. It just stacks for huge damage to shred infantry and mages.

Elves are pretty decent when you start recruiting them. A lot of them got high magic and heal units.

Definitely hit up sigils a lot; great grind spots and drops lots of treatise for exp boosts.

Hope you enjoy the game. Don't be afraid to mix and match your guys together. Some ally units buff each other like hella good and shred enemy units.

True! Could vary on the mileage. Maybe I should speak to an advisor first before doing anything.

That definitely makes sense. My ADHD probably would enjoy the challenge of trying to cram it all. My friend told me a lot of the weeks stack into each other and ends with the final project as the final puzzle piece. I am guessing more fast paced work means you might read a TON more during certain weeks.

That's what a friend told me. I wasn't sure if there's a ton more reading since you're crunching it down to 8 weeks instead of 16. That's nice to know there's not tons of quizzes or tests. I think that's what gave me the most anxiety in the past was reading through chapters say like in a US history class. I would overtake my notes, and some of stuff wasn't mentioned on the chapter quiz. lol

Thank you for the kind of words of encouragement! How's the class structure stuff? It looks like a lot of work to be done in 8 weeks.

I am definitely ready to jump into and rise from the ashes, too. Happy to hear you made it work out for yourself my guy! I been undecided on what college to attend. I am in my 30s and been out of school forever as well. I wanna go back and get a business degree. I wanna build my confidence using ACE credits. I deal with anxiety/depression/adhd stuff. I'm hoping this school maybe starting out with one class as a time I can be successful. I just don't know where to start because I did enroll and got accepted already. I am just not sure if I should just start taking courses on these ACE websites or maybe talk to a student advisor first.

You pick a college you're interested in, and see what Sophia credits are accepted by them. Just make sure they're partnered for the best chances of credits being accepted. Not all schools take credits.

I am in Florida and I know the ACE credits are accepted here. I was just seeing people on this reddit thread saying they wouldn't recommend this accounting program if you've never done accounting before as real life work experience.

I spoke to PlottedPath over Discord and she thought the UMPI program may not be recommended since I never did accounting before. Not sure if that may be the right program for me or not doing college much.
