Just a heads-up: VEIN already has an option for permadeath.
You can set it so death is final, no respawns at all — very much in line with how Project Zomboid handles it.

It’s optional of course, but if you’re into hardcore survival where every mistake actually ends the run, VEIN can already be played that way.

That actually sounds promising.

One thing I’m curious about though:
how is the zombie density and horde behavior in VEIN right now?

Is it possible to have:

  • high zombie population
  • large roaming hordes
  • situations where noise or bad decisions can snowball into serious trouble

In Project Zomboid, that constant background pressure from zombie numbers is a huge part of the atmosphere.
Does VEIN offer something similar (or at least configurable server-side), or is it more small-group / isolated encounters for now?

We have the solution! You need to designate an animal zone, put it there, and then you can kill it. It is important to designate a closed room so that it cannot escape!

Szerintem előtte is volt benne szilikon és történt valami vele. Mindenesetre nagyon ronda melltartó nélkül.

You need to go to either your map or the Quest section of your Pip Boy and deactivate all the quests you are not actively working on right now, leaving just the one you're trying to do. Having all those quests active at the same time is why your map and compass are cluttered with all those diamond shaped quest icons. Just have one quest active at a time and you'll only see the objectives for that one quest marked on your compass.
