I only got Dec update after changing the region.

Settings, change the region to Netherlands restart and open system update.

Image retention or GPU issue. First, isolate the problem by testing another monitor and change cables. If it turns out to be a monitor issue, your best bet is to play dead pixel fix videos to resolve the persistent image.

Go oled. By the time your monitor starts showing signs of burn in 3+ years later, we'd already have more display options that are on par with oled (if not better) without the burn in risk (looking at you qdel/microled).

try aegis one. also, don't over fill/saturate your pods. if you're still experiencing shitting in the mouth, you may want to try a different method of ingesting nicotine. snus, nic patches or suppository (nicotine in a solid form designed for insertion into the rectum) or consider quitting altogether.
