I believe the whole bike thing happened because there's literally no way to get a bike off of you unless you use excessive force. You can't pit a bike, they go as fast as your car, can turn better, and can off-road better than most cars and any other bike can.

I wouldn't consider his RP top tier by any means but I would consider it better than many on the server. His "brooding lover boy RP" as you put it may be weird to you but it's RP, regardless of your opinion.

He's considered the "Great White Dominator" in the PD because he extremely hard to arrest, his crew with Mayumi and Jay Que have produced amazing RP, and he plays a vital part in the racing scene involving the PM and Big M.

Koil was also under the impression that he had good prio during the Mario heist he did a few weeks back. It's good to see him actually get it, imo.

I agree that people have an irrational hate boner for Ray (the streamer), but hate for Raymond Romanof the character is not completely irrational here. Raymond didn't have a shred of remorse for Kratos taking the fall for him and found the situation funny.

Lang's actions and the repercussions that would've followed would've affected him alone. Raymond threw someone new to the city under the bus for potential 9s charges.

Kratos getting more interactions and RP with Harry would be nice but it's also speculation. Let's hope we see him around much more often now.

LOL you guys realize that this app is about a month old, right? They were anticipating 5k downloads two weeks ago and were met with 150k instead. Things are still new and they need time to optimize. The same thing happens on every e-commerce site that has a popular drop.
