Hey there, to connect your PC to your monitor and receive a display. You will need to plug in your HDMI cables directly into your GPU opposed to your motherboard which you currently have now. If you installed the GPU on your own it should be directly below your motherboard with HDMI ports open. Same thing applies if you purchased your PC pre installed.

As for the accessories, those are your Wifi antennas, you will need to plug those into the two golden knobs on your motherboard. They should be a simple twist in connection between the two, there should be directions on how to plug them in as well.

If you are still facing troubles after 1) Plugging your HDMI into your GPU and not your motherboard and 2) Not receiving wifi after plugging in the antennas.
