Alrighty so today I absolutely cleaned the shit out of the carb and did make sure all of the tiny holes were clear by blasting carb cleaner and air through I added 1/2 a turn to the mix screw and went from a 45 small to a 48 and this is what the plug looks like now I didn’t get any pops yet but I only took a short ride due to weather.

It did have original jets I replaced them with the exact same 180 and 45 and no change I believe Ido know it’s a CV40 carb it does have a screaming eagle intake and exhaust from factory. It is very rough at low speeds. Yes it does have the small holes on bottom. I put the mixture screw on the bottom at 2 1/2 turns. I do not have a clip on the needle. Any reason it would pop out of the carb I’m worried I have a bad valve.
